Our mission is to help investors find

After dedicating over a decade to the banking industry, I reached a pivotal moment of realization—I didn't want to continue the same routine for another three decades. Seeking financial freedom, I transitioned into property investment. Today, my portfolio generates over $200,000 in passive income. Yet, this sparked a new passion: helping others achieve wealth through property. Thus, Smash Property Investing was born.

Leveraging my experience in building my own portfolio and insights gained from 13 years with Australia's Big 4 Banks, I guide clients through every step of the property investing journey.

Once you are comfortable with our approach, we will then book you in for a strategy session with our licensed Buyers Agent to further delve into your plan.

Planning Session

In our planning session call, our goal is to offer valuable insights into the Australian property market and present the Property Investing Plan meticulously prepared by our Buyers Agent. By the end of this call, you'll be equipped with the confidence to make well-informed decisions regarding the specific locations you wish to focus on, initiating your journey to take action and explore potential properties.

In this session , our Buyers Agent will further explore your individual property investment goals and objectives.

By the end of this call, you'll gain a comprehensive insight into the real estate landscape, empowering you with the confidence to embark on your next property investment, whether or not you choose to do business with us.

In the last phase, we guide you through taking action, assisting in property selection, negotiations for price and terms, conducting thorough due diligence, and ensuring a seamless settlement process. This includes introductions to Mortgage Brokers, Solicitors, Accountants, Building and Pest Inspectors and Property Managers for added convenience if required.
