Hi, I'm Nick the Founder and Director of Smash Property Investing, in my early twenties and after working 9 to 5 in the Banking industry for many years, I thought to myself, is this something I want to be doing for the next few decades, day in day out? The answer was no, but the next question was what can I do to get myself out of this situation? At that time I didn't have the answer, so i went on a mission to find it.

That's how I discovered the beauty of property investing, I spent the next few years researching and acquiring knowledge on the industry anywhere I knew how. Books, seminars, you tube videos, speaking to industry experts not to mention my 13 plus year career in Australia's banking industry. Ultimately the most amount of knowledge I gained was when I took the leap of faith and started building my own portfolio.

Today I have a property portfolio generating over $150,000 passive income each year as I continue to grow on my own individual investing journey, but I realised that I can turn my passion into helping others generate their own wealth and so I came to founding Smash Property Investing.

Using what I learnt building my own property portfolio and the inside knowledge accumulated of how the banks operate from my 13 year career with Australia's Big 4 Banks, I now work with clients through the end to end property investing process.
